Impulses Recognising, understanding and promoting creativity
Where does creativity come from – and how can it be activated? What conditions promote it? How can I help others to think and act creatively?
Creativity is a way of thinking and acting – a trainable human skill. Developing creative skills means preparing for the future. In individually tailored workshops, we build practical knowledge and expertise around the phenomenon of creativity.
Depending on the target group, prior knowledge and setting, we focus on different areas – for example:
-
Understanding creative minds Köpfe – what sets them apart
-
make it happen – creativity techniques, tools, methods, in a very practical way
-
Facilitating creative processes – acting on both sides of the polarities
-
Recognising and activating creative potential – in a team, in the classroom, in a working group
Project workshop Implementing ideas – creating clarity – becoming productive
In the project workshop, I guide you through the process, from conception to implementation. Together, we create a framework that gives you structure and makes planning concrete without restricting your creative space. We refine ideas together, you receive feedback and sparring – and the push that is sometimes needed to get started. Creativity coaching can consist of a single session or a series of meetings.
